Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager at Roswyn – A Morgans Original Hotel is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, branding, and communications initiatives that position Roswyn as a premier luxury lifestyle destination. This role embodies Morgans Originals’ philosophy of honesty, creativity, and sophistication by combining cutting-edge campaigns, media relations, and guest-centric storytelling to elevate the hotel’s visibility and reputation across global and local markets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning




- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, revenue, and brand loyalty.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels in alignment with Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle ethos.
- Collaborate with sales, F&B;, and operations teams to create campaigns that highlight Roswyn’s unique offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Communications & Public Relations
- Manage media relations, press releases, and public statements to enhance Roswyn’s reputation.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
- Oversee crisis communication strategies to protect brand integrity.
