Job Description
Role: Apprentice – Trainee
Location: Gurgaon

Job description:
- Conducting basic LMS administration activities including, but not limited to:
- Assigning training
- Managing registrations, changes, cancelations, and wait lists
- Tracking attendance and completions




- Assigning learner and instructor credit
- Generating standard Learning reports by request
- Understand when to escalate to the Administration Specialist for resolution
- Provide operations support to existing processes at the direction of the Team Leader
- Implement use of process analysis and documentation methods, tools, and standards

Education:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educations required

Required skills:
- Good Communication Skills
