Role Description The Training Manager role at HDFC Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Haveli.

The Training

Manager will design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales teams, branch staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating training content and modules, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and monitoring learner progress and performance. The role also involves coordinating training schedules,



maintaining training records, evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and recommending improvements.

The Training

Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, and functional managers to support capability building and continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in training needs analysis, program design, and curriculum development for sales and service teams.
- Experience in delivering instructor-led training, workshops, and coaching sessions, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create clear training materials, including manuals, slides, and assessments, using modern learning tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to track training outcomes, interpret performance data, and refine programs based on measurable results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a closely related sector is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or instructional design are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple training projects, and meet timelines and quality standards.
