Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented full-time Training & Placement Officer (TPO) to manage student training initiatives and drive placement opportunities. The ideal candidate will build strong industry connections, coordinate placement activities, and ensure students are well-prepared for recruitment processes through structured training and guidance in a hybrid work workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Placement Coordination: Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters to create placement and internship opportunities for students. Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
- Training Management: Plan,



organize, and manage training programs focused on employability skills, aptitude, communication, interview preparation, and industry readiness in collaboration with internal and external trainers.
- Student Career Guidance: Guide students regarding career paths, internships, placement procedures, and professional expectations. Maintain placement records and track student progress and outcomes.
- Industry & Institutional Collaboration: Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and external organizations to align training and placement initiatives with industry requirements and institutional goals.
