Job Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented Business Development Associate Manager under the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) vertical and is responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base for IT asset disposition services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and providing strategic direction for the growth of ITAD services. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure the delivery of secure, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective IT asset disposal solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT asset disposal (ITAD) vertical, including industries such as corporate IT departments, government, education, healthcare etc.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base.




- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT managers, procurement officers, sustainability managers) in target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities for service differentiation.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored ITAD solutions that meet their unique business, security, and environmental needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
