We are seeking a Sr. Associate (Lead AWS Engineer) to join our Platform Engineering team, responsible for building and operating a reliable, scalable AWS platform. This role demands solid hands-on expertise in troubleshooting core AWS services,



driving automation-first operations, and improving platform reliability.
You will lead incident management efforts, reduce MTTR through automation and observability, and partner with global stakeholders during US office hours. A key aspect of this role includes designing and operationalizing GenAI use cases using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker (mandatory) while ensuring secure, governed usage.
This is a highly ownership-driven role requiring technical leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement of platform engineering practices.
