Deputy CEO – Luxury Automotive Business

We are looking for an accomplished senior automotive qualified to take on the role of Deputy CEO with a leading automotive group.

The role carries end-to-end business and P&L; responsibility and requires a leader with deep experience in managing the luxury/premium passenger vehicle business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business with complete P&L; ownership, driving revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across new vehicle sales, pre-owned vehicles, after-sales/service, parts and customer experience.
- Drive market share, sales productivity, margins and overall dealership performance.
- Build and strengthen relationships with HNI and premium/luxury customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership lifecycle.
- Lead relationships with OEM/principal stakeholders, including business planning,



performance reviews and achievement of OEM scorecards.
- Drive after-sales performance across service revenue, workshop productivity, parts, customer retention and profitability.
- Optimise inventory, working capital, operating costs and overall financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
- Lead and develop senior functional teams across sales, service, customer experience, finance and other business functions.
- Establish a high-performance culture built around customer centricity, accountability, execution excellence and integrity.
- Ensure strong operational governance, compliance and adherence to OEM and organisational standards.

Candidate Profile
- 20–25 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in the automotive industry.
- Significant leadership experience in the luxury/premium passenger vehicle segment is essential.
- Proven experience managing an automotive dealership
