Description
As the Product Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our GTS Cash product line. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base and increase market share. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective sales performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring our products and services to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the GTS Cash product line.
- Identify and target potential clients, conducting market research and analysis to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Tailor product offerings and services to meet the specific needs of clients,



ensuring a personalized approach.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
