About the Role

We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our HO team in a key role. This individual will work closely with senior leaders to shape the people agenda, drive organizational effectiveness, and enable business outcomes at scale. The role requires strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Based out of HO, this role will operate across multiple business threads,



ensuring alignment and consistency in people decisions. In addition to strategic partnering, the individual will lead a team of HRBPs and ensure strong execution across priorities. The ideal candidate brings solid business understanding, is comfortable working with data and ambiguity, and can connect the dots to drive org-level interventions end-to-end.
