n Role Description
n
n n This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer / Architect based in Bengaluru (Hennur).
n n
n n Should be willing to take the prospect to the booking (Incentive will be provided)
n n
n n You’ll be deeply involved in:
n n
n n Conceptualizing and executing residential interior projects from start to finish.
n n
n n Meeting and understanding client requirements, presenting design ideas, and managing design approvals.
n n
n n Preparing 2D drawings, working drawings, and BOQs.
n n
n n Coordinating with production and site teams to ensure design accuracy and project execution.
n n
n n Using design software to create realistic 3D renders and visual presentations.
n n

n Qualifications & Requirements
n
n n Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture (mandatory).
n n
n n 0-1 years of experience in residential interiors preferred (Interns with exceptional design portfolios are welcome).
n n
n n Robust knowledge of space planning, materials, and detailing.
n n
n n Proficiency in:
n n
n n SketchUp (mandatory)
n n
n n Rendering tools like Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
n n
n n Basic understanding of AutoCAD for working drawings.
n n
n n Strong communication & client-handling skills.
n n
n n Ability to manage time, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
