> Medical Coder Trainer – (JD)

> Qualification:

> 1. Certificate/Diploma in Medical Coding, Medical Records, Health Information Management, or Medical Documentation

> 2. Basic understanding of hospital workflows and EMR/EHR systems

> 3. Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
>
> Preferred Qualification (Not Compulsory):
>
> 1. BMRS, HIM, B.Pharm, Paramedical Sciences
>
> 2. Diploma in Medical Coding & Billing
>
> 3. CPC, CCA, CCS, ICD-10-CM, CPT, or HCPCS certifications
>
> Experience:

> 1–2 years in hospital front office, medical records, patient registration, billing, EMR/EHR systems, or diagnostic/lab centres
>
> Key Responsibilities:

> 1. Conduct classroom, virtual,



and on-the-job training sessions on medical coding concepts, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

> 2. Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments

> 3. Support learner progress and maintain training records

> Skills Required:
