We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team for a period of One Year as a Trainee in Lab Testing and Quality Controls. This role offers hands-on experience in food safety and product quality within a high-paced production environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Testing:

- Conduct tests on end products, machinery, and employee swab samples to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in identifying any quality deviations and report findings for immediate corrective action.

2. Monitor Food Safety and Quality:

- Continuously monitor food safety practices during production and packaging stages.
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards for product quality.

3.Record-Keeping & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests performed, quality checks, and corrective actions.
- Ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.

4. Employee Training:





- Support in providing training and guidance to production staff on food safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Work closely with the quality assurance personnel to implement continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in food science, microbiology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety principles and quality control practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and a desire to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
