We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tour Consultant – International GIT Sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience in International GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) Sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling fixed-departure international group tour packages, handling customer enquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell International GIT / Fixed Departure Group Tour Packages.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain tour itineraries, departure dates, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and terms & conditions clearly to customers.
- Recommend suitable international group tour packages based on customers’ preferences, budget, and travel dates.
- Follow up effectively with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate passenger and booking details for each group departure.
- Assist customers with visa documentation, travel insurance, foreign exchange, and other travel formalities.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing of confirmed bookings.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and required documents from customers.
- Provide pre-departure information, final itineraries, vouchers,



and other travel documents.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on international destinations, GIT products, fixed departures, visa requirements, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in International GIT Sales is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of international group tour packages and popular destinations.
- Good understanding of international visa procedures and travel documentation.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven sales environment.
- Experience working with a travel agency or tour operator is preferred.
