- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Perform fitting, drilling, grinding, milling and turning operations.
- Manufacture and repair basic tools, jigs, fixtures and dies.
- Operate conventional tool-room machines.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
- Check dimensions as per drawing and maintain accuracy.
- Perform tool assembly, modification and maintenance.
- Identify and correct basic tool-related problems.
- Maintain machines, tools and work area properly.
- Follow safety, quality and 5S requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments when requirement
