What Will You Do?

We are looking for a passionate and driven Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) to strengthen our supply chain and support Howden's product development and export projects.

This role offers a unique prospect to work across casting, machining, fabrication, and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) manufacturing, including hands-on exposure to FRP fan blades within our manufacturing facilities.

• Develop and qualify suppliers for castings, machining, fabrication components

• Will be responsible for development and quality of FRP products in Chennai factory.

• Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and process validation at supplier end & in factory

• Support new product development (NPD) and prototype readiness

• Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous improvem
