As we expand our managed services capability, we are looking for an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Lead based in India to support the delivery of TPRM services for our international clients.

The Role The TPRM Lead will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of Selianz's third-party risk management services.

The role combines TPRM subject-matter expertise, assessment delivery, quality review, stakeholder management and team coordination. The successful candidate will work with client stakeholders, Selianz leadership and other members of the delivery team to ensure third-party assessments and related activities are completed effectively, consistently and to a high standard.

The role requires someone who understands the end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle and can independently manage assessments, analyse risk information, challenge findings where appropriate and support the resolution of complex third-party risk cases.

Key Responsibilities

TPRM Assessment & Delivery

- Manage and coordinate third-party risk assessments from initiation through assessment, review, remediation and closure.
- Perform and review third-party due diligence and risk assessments in accordance with defined methodologies and procedures.
- Review third-party information, questionnaires, supporting evidence and external risk intelligence.
- Identify potential risk issues, control weaknesses and areas requiring further investigation.
- Develop clear findings and practical risk recommendations based on assessment results.
- Coordinate assessments and engage relevant specialist reviewers where required.
- Ensure significant risks, exceptions and overdue actions are appropriately identified and escalated.
- Support ongoing monitoring, periodic reassessments and event-driven reviews of third parties.
- Maintain complete and accurate assessment records and supporting documentation.

Quality Review & Team Coordination
- Review assessments completed by TPRM analysts and other delivery team members.
- Ensure consistency and quality across risk assessments, findings and recommendations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to analysts handling third-party assessments.




- Coordinate work allocation and assessment priorities within the delivery team.
- Support the onboarding and development of junior team members.
- Help maintain consistent application of Selianz and client assessment methodologies and quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work directly with client stakeholders across TPRM, procurement, risk, compliance and other relevant functions.
- Coordinate with business owners and third parties to obtain information required to complete assessments.
- Participate in client operational and assessment-review meetings.
- Clearly communicate assessment outcomes, risk findings and outstanding actions.
- Support the resolution of complex assessment cases and stakeholder queries.
- Escalate significant risks and delivery issues to the appropriate client and Selianz stakeholders.

Service Delivery & Reporting
- Support delivery against agreed service levels, timelines and quality standards.
- Track assessment volumes, ageing, outstanding actions and other operational metrics.
- Support the preparation of operational dashboards and client reporting.
- Identify recurring assessment issues, process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment processes and delivery practices.
- Support effective management of assessment backlogs and priorities.

Methodology & TPRM Capability
- Support the development and maintenance of TPRM assessment methodologies, playbooks, questionnaires, templates and risk-rating approaches.
- Contribute to the development of risk findings, recommendations and action libraries.
- Support implementation and operationalisation of new TPRM processes and client requirements.
- Contribute practical delivery experience and feedback to improve Selianz's TPRM methodologies and tools.
- Support testing and implementation of TPRM technology and workflow solutions where required.

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for a TPRM professional with approximately 6–10 years of relevant experience in third-party risk, supplier risk, vendor risk, due diligence or related risk-management activities.

The successful candidate should ideally have:

- Strong practical experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management or Supplier Risk Management.
- Experience conducting and reviewing third-party risk assessments and due diligence.




- Good understanding of the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, inherent risk assessment, due diligence, risk assessment, remediation, approval, monitoring and reassessment.
- Experience reviewing questionnaires, supporting documentation and external risk information.
- Ability to analyse information and translate assessment results into clear risk findings and recommendations.
- Experience coordinating or reviewing the work of junior analysts or team members.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and clients.
- Experience with TPRM platforms, GRC solutions or related risk-management technology would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience within consulting, managed services, shared services, financial services, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or other regulated industries would be advantageous.
