- A project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, the budget and the issues and risks of the project. And make sure the project is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page
- ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
- Follow up from sites about everyday’s planning
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects and solving hurdles
- Working with team members in the field or on site who have project issues.
- Material Management verify quantity survey as per drawing giving approval for the same
- Coordinate with purchase department for timely material dispatch
- Man Power Management estimate man power mapping as per requirement
- Coordinate with Labor Department for fulfilling the labor requirement (no of labor and their technical skills)
- Go through the daily activity report and provide feedback for the same
- Act as a one point of contact for the client
- Giving regular updates to the client
- solve any queries of the client and provide excellent support service
- Visiting site to assure the work is done appropriately and as per the planning and timeline.
- Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
- Filter all the tenders and find the ones that are into commercial ,residential, industrial and turnkey projects
- Study in detail about the tender (location,resources,manpower and project area
,client details)
- Prepare tender project estimation report
- Final preparation of tender quotation after discussion with the top management
- Study about the other bidders quotation
- Filling up proxy if someone is absent
- Reporting to the top management
- Any other work given by the top management
