About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Telecalling, Property Sourcing & Social Media Executive to support lead generation, property sourcing, customer follow-ups, CRM management, and social media activities.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, organised with data, comfortable with Excel and digital tools, and have an interest in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Telecalling

- Generate leads through telemarketing and telesales techniques.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients, property owners, brokers, and other relevant contacts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, requirements, and follow-up status.

Property Sourcing

- Source residential and commercial properties through outbound calling and online research.
- Identify potential properties through real estate portals, websites, social media, online listings, and other digital sources.
- Speak with property owners, brokers, and channel partners to collect property details.
- Understand and record key property information including location, size, configuration, asking price, ownership status, and availability.
- Build and maintain a database of property listings and potential inventory.
- Regularly update the property database based on availability and market feedback.

CRM & Database Management

- Maintain and update the customer and property database accurately.
- Manage the CRM, including lead entries, property listings, call records, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper tracking of all active leads and properties.




- Prepare basic reports using Excel.

Social Media Management

- Assist with managing the company's social media handles, particularly Instagram.
- Research and identify relevant property content and opportunities online.
- Coordinate basic content posting and social media updates.
- Assist in creating simple creatives using Canva.

Mandatory Skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound communication.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate databases.
- Ability to conduct effective web searches and online property research.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of Canva.
- Experience in Instagram/social media management.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation, or property sourcing.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Understanding of real estate portals and online property listings.
- Previous experience in real estate will be an advantage.

Experience 02 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, property sourcing, customer service, lead generation, or social media management.
