1. Job Purpose

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our plywood business. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, communicating with customers and dealers, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in developing business opportunities.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, retailers and business contacts.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide relevant information about company products.
- Explain plywood products, specifications, availability and other basic product information to customers.
- Generate sales leads through telephone calls and follow up on existing leads.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and prospective dealers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer enquiries and business leads.
- Maintain daily records of calls made, enquiries received, follow-ups and lead status.
- Update customer information and communication details in the company's records/CRM.
- Identify customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the concerned Sales Executive.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and other sales-related matters when required.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Escalate customer complaints or important issues to the concerned department.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports for the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline – Mandatory.

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.




- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, sales or business development will be an advantage.

4. Language Skills The candidate should be comfortable communicating in:

- English – Good communication skills preferred
- Hindi – Good communication skills
- Odia/Oriya – Good communication skills

The candidate should be confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the telephone. 5. Required Skills & Competencies

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to maintain calling and follow-up records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service will be an advantage.

6. Salary & Benefits Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month The final salary will depend on the candidate's communication skills, qualification, experience and overall suitability for the position.

7. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a graduate with good communication skills, who is confident while speaking with customers and comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Odia/Oriya.

9. Reporting Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Head / HR & Administration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
