Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller / Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers and candidates professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Calling & Sales

- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Onboard new customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.

Recruitment Activities

- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the HR team for hiring activities.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).




- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or recruitment is preferred but freshers can also apply.
