Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain knowledge and practice of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety and 6S workplace methodology.
- Understand and interpret testing logs for effective fault analysis.
- Perform load testing of power supplies to ensure stability and performance.
- Understand block diagrams and functional flow of SMPS (Switched-Mode Power Supply) systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies in product functionality for continuous improvement.
- Possess basic knowledge of electronics PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and circuit block diagrams.
- Understand active and passive components and their different package types.
- Operate and use testing tools such as multimeters and CRO (oscilloscope).
- Interpret schematics, signal flow diagrams, RBOM (Reference Bill of Materials), and board view files.
- Perform hands-on soldering and desoldering of through-hole and SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) components, including ICs and diodes.
