Candidates with hands-on experience in any of the following machines:

1. Vial Filling & Sealing Machine

2. Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine

3. Pre-filled Syringe Filling Machine

4. Vial Washing Machine

Key Responsibilities

- Operate aseptic area machines as per SOP, BMR and GMP requirements.

- Perform machine setup, operation, changeover and cleaning.

- Monitor machine parameters, filling accuracy, speed and output.

- Handle loading/unloading of vials, ampoules, syringes and components.

- Perform routine in-process checks and maintain production records.

- Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures and contamination-control requirements.

- Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for troubleshooting.

- Maintain machine logbooks, batch records and other required documentation.





- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and surrounding areas.

- Follow EHS, 5S, GMP and SOP compliance at all times.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / relevant technical qualification.

- Experience: 2–8 years in Pharma Sterile / Aseptic Production preferred.

- Hands-on experience with at least one of the above machines.

- Valuable understanding of GMP, aseptic practices and cleanroom procedures.

- Ability to work in shift operations.

- Candidates with experience in sterile injectable manufacturing will be preferred.
