Senior Technical Writer (Cloud Infrastructure)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer with 6+ years of experience in software, cloud, infrastructure, storage, or enterprise technology.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of Technical Writing experience
- Strong experience in Kubernetes & OpenShift
- Knowledge of Cloud-Native & Enterprise Storage
- Understanding of CSI, PV/PVC, StorageClass, VolumeSnapshots & Replication
- Experience with DITA / CCMS / Structured Authoring
- Hands-on documentation of installation, configuration, administration & troubleshooting
- Experience with Jira, Confluence & Agile/SDLC
- Robust collaboration with Engineering, Product, QA & Support teams
- Exposure to AI tools for documentation, research & automation
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
