Position Overview

We are looking for one skilled and motivated Technical Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, excellent research capabilities, and the ability to prepare high-quality technical and academic documentation.

The role involves conducting technical research, analyzing information from credible sources, preparing research-based reports, and developing well-structured academic and technical documents such as dissertations, theses, research reports, proposals, and other technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical and academic research using reliable sources and research methodologies.
- Analyze technical information, research papers, datasets, and industry-related resources.
- Prepare high-quality dissertations, theses, research reports, research proposals, technical reports, and academic documents.
- Perform literature reviews and organize research references effectively.
- Use Zotero or similar reference-management tools for citation and bibliography management.
- Create technical documentation with proper structure, formatting, citations, and references.
- Work with engineering and technology-related tools and platforms, including MATLAB, Cisco technologies, AWS, Java, Ubuntu, and Kali Linux.
- Conduct basic technical analysis, experimentation, testing, and troubleshooting where required.
- Demonstrate awareness of cybersecurity concepts, networking, and Linux environments.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver research outputs within deadlines.
- Ensure all documentation is technically accurate, original, well-researched,



and professionally presented.

- B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a strong interest in technical research and documentation.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of relevant experience are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of engineering and technology concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct independent research and work with minimal supervision.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.
- Ability to manage multiple research/documentation tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work full-time from the office.
