Technical Recruiter – US/Canada Staffing

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on IT/Technical recruitment experience to join our recruitment team in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for various technical positions.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, compensation/rate expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and offer processes.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet submission and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.

Required Skills





- 6 months to 1 year of Technical/IT Recruiter experience.
- Valuable understanding of common IT skills and technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, etc.
- Experience using LinkedIn and/or major job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication, sourcing, screening, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Comfortable working EST hours (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) from Vijayawada.

This position is specifically for Technical Recruiters. We are NOT looking for Bench Sales Recruiters.
