Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Proposal & Sales Executive who will handle technical and commercial proposal preparation, telecalling, customer follow-ups, lead generation, and sales coordination.

This role is suitable for a fresher who has good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in technical sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
- Understand basic customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team.
- Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for lead generation.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and proposals.
- Maintain lead and customer records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Valuable convincing and telecalling skills.
- Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of preparing documents and quotations.
- Hindi, English, and Marathi communication preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or any relevant field.
- Good communication and basic computer knowledge.
- Candidate should be confident in customer interaction and telecalling.
- Willingness to learn technical proposal preparation and sales.
