Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical & Promotional Content Writer who can create both technical/software-focused content and promotional/marketing content for B2B IT products and solutions.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand software products, simplify technical concepts, and convert them into engaging content for different audiences. The role will involve creating content that supports product awareness, marketing campaigns, lead generation, SEO, and customer education.

Candidates with experience in IT services, SaaS, software products, enterprise applications, or B2B technology companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Write technical content related to software products, applications, SaaS solutions, and IT services.
- Create promotional and marketing content for products, services, campaigns, and business initiatives.

- Develop content for

- Websites and landing pages

- Technical blogs and articles

- Product pages

- Case studies

- Brochures and marketing collaterals

- Press releases

- Social media

- Email campaigns
- Product documentation and user-focused content
- Translate complex software/technical concepts into straightforward, clear, and engaging language.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams to understand products and create accurate content.
- Create content that supports lead generation and business promotion.
- Apply SEO best practices and basic understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, grammar, and content quality.




- Research technology trends, competitors, products, and industry topics to develop relevant content.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, readability, tone, and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in Content Writing, Technical Writing, B2B Content Writing, or IT/Software Content Writing.
- Proven experience writing both technical/software content AND promotional/marketing content.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand software products and explain technical concepts in a reader-friendly manner.
- Experience writing content for IT, Software, SaaS, Technology, or B2B organizations is preferred.
- Good understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Basic knowledge of AEO, GEO, email marketing, and social media content.
- Strong research, proofreading, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in a software product, SaaS, IT services, or technology company.
- Experience creating content for software products or technical solutions.
- Candidates who have a technical/IT background or experience working closely with technical teams will be preferred.
