Role Overview

Haiintel is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage enterprise technology, AI, and application modernization projects. The role requires strong project-management skills, good technical understanding, and the ability to work directly with customers and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from planning through production deployment.

Own scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Coordinate with developers, architects, AI/data engineers, QA, DevOps, and customer teams.

Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog tracking, and release planning.

Provide transparent project-status updates to customers and leadership.

Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution of blockers.

Coordinate integrations, testing, workplace readiness, security reviews, and deployments.

Maintain project documentation, and delivery metrics.





Required Skills

6 to 10 years of technology experience, with 3+ years in technical project management.

Experience managing enterprise software or digital-transformation projects.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, cloud, databases, and DevOps.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work directly with enterprise customers.

Preferred

Experience with AI/GenAI, data platforms, cloud modernization, or enterprise applications.

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud exposure.

- PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
