Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth operations at assigned sites by managing daily activities, including housekeeping management and staff supervision.

- Oversee site technical operations, ensuring 100% uptime for HT/LT electrical distribution, HVAC/Chiller plants, DG sets, UPS, BMS, and Fire Systems.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

- Oversee manpower handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3years of experience in Facility Management Services (FMS) or related field.

- Robust understanding of Housekeeping Management principles and practices.

- Excellent client relationship building skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Proficiency in Operations Audit processes and tools; knowledge of ISO standards an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
