- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. N
- Minimum 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). N

nTechnical Skills:

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. N
- Strong understanding ofarchitectural, MEP, and related construction drawings. N
- Good knowledge of building construction methodologies and BIM standards. N
- Experience in BIM coordination for large-scale commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-value infrastructure projects. N
- Ability to perform clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration using BIM tools. N

nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. N
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts. N
- Produce accurate,



error-free drawings and documentation in compliance with project standards. N
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery. N
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related activities. N
- Ensure adherence to BIMexecution plans, company standards, and quality procedures. N
