Role & responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation of project plans, progress reports, and issue logs using Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify solutions that meet customer needs through requirement gathering sessions.
- Utilize SQL skills to extract insights from large datasets and create data visualizations for presentation purposes.
