Job Title: IT Technician Location: Garia, Kolkata Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month Candidate Preference: Male Job Responsibilities Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows and networking issues. Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and other network devices.

Provide technical support to office, QSR outlets and FMCG operations. Handle IT-related issues in QSR outlets, including POS systems, billing systems, printers, CCTV, internet and connectivity. Support FMCG-related IT requirements, including computers and basic network troubleshooting.

Install and update software, antivirus and operating systems. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations and technical support.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Technical Support preferred. Positive knowledge of computer hardware, networking and Windows OS.

Experience in QSR/FMCG industry IT support will be an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Candidates who can commute to Garia are preferred.
