- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Explain and promote banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Credit Cards.

- Generate leads and support customer acquisition activities.

- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Support branch operations and day-to-day banking activities.

- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with bank policies.

- Follow up with customers regarding applications, documents, and service requests.

- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the banking/CRM system.

- Assist senior banking officers in achieving branch targets.

- Participate in customer meetings, promotional activities, and lead-generation campaigns.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales, service, and business targets.

- Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues.
