Role Description The Team Leader Visa Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for supervising a team of visa counsellors, managing daily workflow, and ensuring high-quality counselling services for clients seeking migration and education guidance. The role involves conducting visa consultations, assessing client eligibility, reviewing documentation, and overseeing application preparation and lodgement.

The Team

Leader will monitor performance metrics, provide training and mentoring to team members, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes coordinating with internal stakeholders,



maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, resolving escalated client issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of counselling processes and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong client counselling and advisory skills, including experience in visa or immigration consulting, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
- People management and leadership capabilities, such as team supervision, coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including professional proficiency in English (additional local languages are a plus).
- Organizational and administrative skills, including documentation review, attention to detail, and effective time and workload management.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM or case management systems, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of international visa processes, migration regulations, and student visa pathways; prior experience in education consultancy is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Management, Law, International Studies, or similar); equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
