Job Title: Operations Team Lead (Insurance/Sales bg)

Location: Thane

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 week-off

CTC: Upto 5.50 LPA

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team to achieve targets
- Monitor and improve team performance (AHT, CSAT, NPS)
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and service delivery
- Track daily performance and maintain reports
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals
- Manage stakeholder and client communication

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Team Leader on-paper (mandatory)
- Experience into Insurance/ Sales domain preferred
- Experience in handling Team Lead KPIs like shrinkage, attrition, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience into a BPO/ contact-centre workplace preferred
