Position: Team Lead - International Customer Support Location: Malad, Mumbai Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA Shift: Rotational Shifts Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a robust background in International Customer Support to lead and manage a team of customer service associates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and lead a team of customer support associates in an international process.

- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.
- Prepare and share performance reports, MIS, and operational updates.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Eligibility

Criteria - Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in an International Customer Support/Customer Service process.

- Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
