Job Requirements

Customer relationship management ( Technical )

· New Part Development

· Project management for New part development meeting the customer requirement.

· Preparation and release of Engineering Documents for Recent parts

· Deciding equipment for inspecting the parts

· Co ordinate with vendor management team for outsource machining

· Co ordinate with vendor management team for surface Treatment and Heat treatment

· Conducting sub-assemblies and assemblies

· Establishing functional test on the parts

· Designing packaging for part shipment

· Co ordinate for conducting First Article inspection and getting approved from Customer

· Conducting PPAP and getting approved from Customer

· Co ordinate for new process establishment and qualification to customer at supplier end as well as in house.

· Problem Solving during part development

· Transfer of parts developed to Manufacturing team and ensure the smooth processing

· QMS, safety & 5S compliance.

Work Experience

- 35 Years experience on Process Planning & Documentation.
- Experience on 3D modeling using SW or UG
- Knowledge on CNC machining TC/TM & VMC
- Knowledge of GD&T;, ISO, Cutting tools will be an added advantage.
