Job title - Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Location: Iscon Ahmedabad - 380015 Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate positions across multiple plant locations in India. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and social media. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate engagement until onboarding. Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical and niche manufacturing roles.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/HRMS and generate recruitment reports.

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment documentation. Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 9:30PM
