About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing quality talent to interview coordination, offer management, and successful onboarding.

In this role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers, Engineering Leaders, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Internal Recruitment.

- Experience hiring for technical roles in product, startup, or IT environments.





- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Keka Hire or similar tools.

- Conducting Campus Recruitment.

- Strong sourcing experience across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social hiring channels.

- Strong stakeholder management and interview coordination skills.

- Experience handling salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong ownership, accountability, follow-up, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Willingness to work from the Indore or Hyderabad office.
