We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our client's in-house recruitment function and partner with senior business leaders and global stakeholders to drive strategic hiring across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong combination of Talent Acquisition strategy, recruitment delivery, team management, stakeholder management, and leadership hiring. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach who can lead and develop a recruitment team while personally managing critical, niche, and senior-level searches.

The candidate should have strong experience working with global leadership teams across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets , with the ability to understand business requirements, influence hiring decisions, and build effective talent strategies.

Location: Noida – Work from Office, 5 Days a Week

Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Stakeholder Management

- Develop and execute TA strategies aligned with business growth and workforce requirements.
- Partner with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders across global markets.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Hands-on Recruitment & Leadership Hiring

- Personally lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, critical, and leadership positions.
- Source, engage, assess, and close senior talent across technology and business functions.
- Manage searches for Director, VP, Technical Architect, Program Manager, and other strategic roles.
- Drive targeted headhunting, market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and offer closure.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Set hiring goals, allocate recruitment responsibilities, and monitor team productivity.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing,



stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and closing.
- Drive a high-performance and cooperative recruitment culture.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

- Monitor hiring pipelines, TAT, sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity, conversion ratios, and SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Develop recruitment dashboards and reports to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment technology to improve recruitment efficiency.

Market Intelligence & Talent Development

- Conduct talent market research, competitor mapping, and salary/talent benchmarking.
- Build solid professional networks and talent pipelines for niche skill areas.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience in Corporate / In-house Talent Acquisition , preferably within an IT Services, Technology, or IT Consulting organization.
- Proven experience managing a TA team while remaining hands-on in recruitment delivery .
- Strong experience in leadership, niche, and business-critical hiring .
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders and global leadership teams .
- Experience working across US, UK, Canada, Australia, or other international markets .
- Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting .
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong player-coach who can balance strategic TA leadership with hands-on hiring.
- Experience managing recruitment teams in a fast-paced technology or IT Services environment.
- Data-driven and commercially minded approach to Talent Acquisition.
