Role & responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual, temporary, and agency-based manpower across manufacturing operations.

- Understand manpower requirements from Plant HR, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Logistics, and other functions.

- Source candidates through manpower agencies, job portals, employee referrals, local hiring drives, and other channels.

- Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, screening, interviews, and selection processes.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with approved manpower budgets and timelines.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and critical manufacturing roles.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

- 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing, automotive, engineering, FMCG, or industrial workplace.

- Strong exposure to agency hiring and contractual manpower recruitment is essential.

- Candidates who have handled plant/industrial locations and high-volume hiring will be preferred.
