Role Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent for Non Tech hiring (sales and support ) across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs,
develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Working and managing end-to-end non tech recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets
- Leverage deep recruiting expertise to attract top talent with required skill sets for inside sales hiring, field sales hiring, customer support functions
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Working well on your own as a high-impact individual contributor
