Industry-Oil & Gas, Chemical The System Completion Engineer (E&I;) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing system and sub‑system completion activities for Electrical and Instrumentation systems, ensuring readiness for pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and protected handover to operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define, mark, and manage systems and sub‑systems in line with project systemization philosophy.

Act as Completion Engineer for E&I; scope during construction, pre‑commissioning, and commissioning phases.

Execute and coordinate pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities for E&I; systems, including loop checks and functional testing.

Perform system walkdowns to verify installation completeness against drawings and check sheets.

Prepare, manage, and close Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers for assigned systems.

Generate, track, and close Punch Lists (Category A/B/C) in coordination with construction, QC, and commissioning teams.

Manage system status, punch tracking, and handover documentation using system completion software tools.

Support system handover and issue Ready‑for‑Commissioning (RFC) documentation.





External Skills And Expertise

Software & Tools Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following system completion tools is mandatory: Hexagon Smart Completions / SDx WinPCS ICAPS PIMS CMS ProjectWise Completions (Bentley)
