Role Summary:
We're looking for energetic and passionate Baristas who can craft the perfect cup of coffee, engage with customers warmly, and keep the Swish vibe alive at our Bengaluru outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages as per Swish’s standards
- Educate customers on our menu and make personalized drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and customer area
- Manage stock levels and assist in inventory checks
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries or concerns politely
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Who Can Apply:
- 12th pass or graduate
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role preferred (6 months – 2 years)
- Freshers with robust communication and customer service skills are welcome
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Skills Required:
- Good spoken English and Kannada/Hindi
- Basic understanding of coffee and café operations
- Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
