Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle ERP solutions across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with strong experience in solution architecture, business process transformation, and stakeholder management.

The role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions while ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibility Areas :

Solution Architecture &

- Functional Design :
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle ERP implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and design scalable functional solutions aligned with organizational objectives and Oracle best practices.
- Prepare solution blueprints, functional design documents, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
- Recommend process improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives using Oracle ERP capabilities.

Oracle ERP Functional Consulting :

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document functional requirements.
- Ensure seamless implementation across functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing, Projects, Inventory, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Customer Experience (CX), depending on project requirements.
- Provide functional expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle,



including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Integration &

- Business Process Optimization :
- Define integration requirements between Oracle ERP and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware, or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Collaborate with technical architects and development teams to ensure successful integrations and data migration.
- Drive business process standardization, automation, and optimization across enterprise systems.

Implementation &

- Delivery Leadership :
- Lead Oracle implementation projects from solution design through deployment and hypercare support.
- Manage solution governance, functional deliverables, project timelines, and implementation quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Support data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployments.

Stakeholder &

- Client Management :
- Act as the functional advisor for business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical Oracle ERP solutions.




- Build strong client relationships by providing strategic consulting and solution recommendations.

Governance &

- Continuous Improvement :
- Ensure compliance with Oracle implementation methodologies, governance standards, and industry best practices.
- Mentor functional consultants and provide guidance on solution design and functional configurations.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases, new features, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

- The ideal candidate should have 10 - 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting, including significant experience as a Functional Solution Architect.
- Solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is essential, along with hands-on experience in one or more functional domains such as Finance (ERP Financials), Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing, Order Management, Projects, Inventory, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Customer Experience (CX).
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of business process mapping, solution architecture, Oracle implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data migration, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware, reporting tools, SQL, and Oracle databases will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Agile project delivery, change management, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to lead multiple implementation projects and mentor cross-functional teams.
