Eligibility / Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer
- Strong knowledge of HIM/Medical Coding -Surgery
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn new concepts/processes
- Experience handling fresher training
- Experience handling certification training
- Robust Surgery specialty knowledge
- Experience with Surgery certification training
- Knowledge of Denials and Denials certification training
- AAPC or AHIMA certification is mandatory
- Additional certifications are an advantage..

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and assess organizational training needs.
2. Develop individual and group training programs based on operational requirements.
3. Create training manuals and learning materials.
4. Implement effective and result-oriented training methods.
5. Ensure training remains aligned with current operational requirements.
6. Communicate effectively with associates, trainers,



management and clients.
7. Develop specialty-specific curricula for:

- Freshers
- Lateral/experienced coders
- Certification preparation

1. Manage the technology and technical resources required for training delivery.
2. Plan and monitor training initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
