Job DescriptionScope of the role:
NWe are seeking a talentedBIM Specialist who is specialized in creating, managing, and maintaining 3D models of buildings and other structures. They use these models throughout the building's lifecycle, from design and construction to operation and maintenance.
NMain Responsibility and Activities:
NRevit Expertise:
N Modeling of walls, columns, floors, and diagonal columns
N Coordination with architects and other consultants
N Create massing and site models, including topography and excavation plans.
N Develop and coordinate slanted columns, including modeling, tagging, and plans.
N Model and detail steel structures, ensuring accuracy in geometry.
N Facilitate coordination and collaboration between structural and architectural elements.
N Manage work-sharing, work sets, and cloud models.




N Produce plans, views, sheets, and sets for printing and publishing.
N Generate and manage schedules for quantities and data.
N Set visibility parameters and create view templates.
N Create and edit familiesas needed (different sizes or materials size of a door or changing the material so on.,)
NEducation Qualification &Skills; Required:
N 5-8 years of experience in BIM 3D software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla).
N B.Sc. / B. Tech in civilengineering,structural engineering oriented.
N Full control in AutodeskRevit.
N Knowledge in shop-drawing plans for reinforced concrete structures and steel structures.
