:

We are looking for an experienced Retail &

- Corporate Banking Operations SME to serve as the critical bridge between business operations stakeholders, technical program teams, and vendors participating in a Temenos T24 / Transact core banking transformation program.

The role will focus on functional areas covering Retail &

- Corporate Banking Operations, including accounts, deposits, financing and payments, with solid expertise in Islamic Banking, Islamic AA and Temenos Payment Hub (TPH).

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Management :

- Participate in workshops with business users to gather and understand business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for vendors and technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) prepared by vendors.
- Present documentation to business users and facilitate sign-off from all impacted banking functions.
- Validate change requests against the approved program scope and objectives to prevent scope creep.

Vendor Liaison &

- Evaluation :
- Perform gap analysis between out-of-the-box Temenos Transact capabilities and bank requirements.
- Act as the key functional point of contact for vendor queries and clarifications.
- Review and validate vendor deliverables against agreed business requirements and business logic.
- Challenge inappropriate change requests by referring to approved and signed-off requirements.

Target Operating Model (TOM) :

- Coordinate with business stakeholders across various banking functions to define future-state processes.
- Document To-Be workflows and operating processes.
- Align banking operations with the architecture and capabilities of the new Temenos modules.
- Define system validation rules, business rules and accounting requirements.

Data Migration Support:

- Support mapping of legacy T24/Transact module data to the new Temenos modules.
- Define business rules for data cleansing, validation and migration.




- Coordinate with relevant bank departments to ensure data quality and migration readiness.
- Support reconciliation activities and verify financial balances after migration.

Testing &

- Quality Assurance:
- Support the test vendor in preparing functional test scenarios and test cases.
- Review test outcomes and coordinate test-case validation with business users.
- Lead business users through UAT and day-in-the-life testing cycles.
- Participate in defect triage and resolution discussions.
- Validate defects against approved BRDs and functional requirements.
- Negotiate practical operational workarounds with business users where vendor fixes may impact go-live timelines.
- Support overall testing readiness and business acceptance.

Change Management &

- Training :
- Assess the impact of system and process changes on branch and back-office operations.
- Develop and review user manuals, FAQs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support preparation and validation of training materials.
- Participate in vendor Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to business users during the transition.

Required Experience :

- 710 years of proven experience in large-scale Temenos T24 / Transact core banking transformation or modernization programs.
- Experience working as a client-facing Business Analyst / Functional SME.
- 710 years of Middle East banking experience, particularly in Retail &
- Corporate Islamic Banking Operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Accounts, Deposits, Financing, Payments.
- Banking Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact implementations.
- Certified Temenos Consultant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Islamic AA and Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) implementations.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FSD review, gap analysis, UAT, data migration and vendor management.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation vendors in large-scale transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and documentation skills.
