Cloud Migration SME AWS

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Migration SME AWS with 1015 years of experience in leading enterprise cloud migration initiatives. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in AWS migration, landing zones, VMware, infrastructure, networking, and end-to-end migration execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assess applications, servers, databases, dependencies, performance, security, compliance, and cloud readiness.
- Plan and execute migration waves using Rehost, Replatform, Relocate, and Repurchase strategies.
- Configure workloads, manage data synchronization, and sequence application dependencies.
- Manage migration runbooks, connectivity, testing, cutover, rollback, and issue resolution.
- Ensure Day-1 service continuity during migration and M&A; transitions.




- Validate workload availability, performance, security, monitoring, backup, and cost controls.
- Prepare and maintain migration documentation and ensure smooth handover to cloud operations.
