Responsibilities

- Guide students on overseas education opportunities based on their academic background, career goals, and interests.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, courses, and programs.
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, and application procedures.
- Assist students in shortlisting suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students through the application and admission process.
- Coordinate with students to collect and verify required documents.
- Follow up with students regarding applications, offers, and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate student records and counselling updates in the CRM.
- Stay updated on university requirements, courses, intakes, and overseas education trends.





Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Confident and professional approach when interacting with students and parents.
- Robust listening, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn about overseas education and international universities.
- Previous experience in overseas education counselling is an advantage but not mandatory.
